Volunteers Needed for Lincoln Day Dinner

Thank you for your support of our county Republican Party in the past.  The Collin County GOP is self-sustaining and receives no funds from the Republican National Committee or the Republican Party of Texas.  We need your help to maintain a strong county GOP party. I hope each CHRW member will choose a way to support the county.

Here are a couple opportunities to help our county party:

• Work registration the night of the dinner – CHRW has volunteered to work registration. We will be trained by AES to facilitate the use of our new computerized auction system.  With your help, registration, bidding and checkout will be more efficient than ever. There will be training and a tour of the facility on Monday, March 28^th at 6:30pm, Allen Event Center, 200 Stacy Road #1350, Allen (wear your red shirt)

• Contribute to the silent auction – CHRW is putting together silent auction baskets.  You can contribute a whole item or smaller items to go together in a basket. Deadline for auction items is Friday, March 25. Drop off your items to: Susan Plonka

• Have you purchased your tickets for dinner?  If you need to purchase your tickets send your check today for $95 each to Jenny McCall, P.O. Box 865104 Plano TX 75086-5104

• Got too many things going on?  Your cash contribution will be efficiently used for important party build functions.  You can either send it directly to Jenny and CHRW will send one large check or you can send your own to the county party.

You are so important to Republicans staying the majority in Collin County. Thank you for all you do for the county and Conner Harrington.
